On this International Womenโs Day, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the women who inspire us every day, the incredible women who have made a profound impact in our life and in our world.
๐๐ง ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐, women nurture and support us, teaching us the values of compassion and resilience. They are the unsung heroes behind our successes, offering encouragement and strength. Iโve been fortunate to have strong, loving women in my mother, wife and daughter who have nurtured, guided, and inspired me to be the best version of myself.
๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ, women lead the charge for change, advocating for justice, equality, and community well-being. Their voices amplify the unheard, reminding us that progress thrives on diversity and inclusion. Iโve witnessed women breaking barriers and challenging stereotypes. Their courage, resilience, and compassion are a constant source of inspiration.
๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ, women break barriers and shatter glass ceilings. They bring creativity, innovation, and leadership that propel industries forward. Their contributions are not just significant; they are essential for fostering workplaces that value collaboration and respect. Iโve seen talented women who built themselves up and made huge contribution.
Right from the beginning of my corporate Leadership stint to now as a freelance Coach, there has not been even one period where I have not been coaching women. As I continue to coach a group of women leaders for 18 months now, I have just about volunteered to coach more women leaders.
As we celebrate today, let us commit to uplifting and empowering women in every aspect of life. Let us keep fostering an environment where women are not just participants but leaders, paving the way for a thriving humanity.
When women rise, we all rise- the family, the society, the community, the organization, the world โ everyone thrives.
