Connect > Flow > Connect >>>
Simulation, an invaluable tool for organizational development intervention, can have such a profound impact through experiential learning.
✅Establishing a connect with the participating leaders, and then connecting them to the program ahead sets the tone for the day. Well directed, and yet playful free flowing games and activities are so helpful here.
✅Successfully getting them out of their regular day and into the flow of the simulation is a challenge. Here, the magic of a well-developed module and the power of skillful facilitation comes into play.
✅As we all know, learning must find expression in the workspace, in daily behaviour, so taking the flow forward and connecting to real life and to organization objectives is critical.
When we, from OD Alternatives, are going around cities for a major banking organization, we endeavour towards all the above, and more.
That the participants are amazing professionals, and that we get tremendous support from the leadership and members of learning and development team adds to the magic of the program. 👏
While the goals are important, we ensure that each one experiences and savours the momentum through the day. And yes, we ourselves too enjoy the Connect>Flow>Connect🙂
How are the thoughts shared, lands with you? What are your ways to a good simulation?
