Perception of the value of coaching, like any other services is contingent upon rational and emotional elements. A clear objective and desired outcome oriented coaching journey will give a sense of value. Also, how far the C-suite client feels a deep sense of relatedness through the process, content, and tone of the coaching sessions means high value.
Along with the above, how, as an Executive Coach, you have been able to establish a genuine connection with the C-suite client which they too feel and express. As there are few with whom they can talk freely, this relationship of confidence itself will mean a great value. For a C-suite Client, an Executive Coach is a far bigger value than mere ROI.
